The Mantle is now 5 years old (has electric plug-ins installed within), the built-in cabinet is not quite a year, the cradle is 4 years in June, the side table is over 8 and the 3D Router I built for a few months and finished this year.
I build or create the bulk of my signs on the 3D router along with freehanding on larger routers. I don’t use a palm router, but 2 larger ones that have lots of horsepower.
Occasionally, I will build signs that incorporate vinyl as well. Below is a Light Box I created. Electronic LED lights were installed with a switch and power. I made it to where the front display glass could be interchanged.
The signs I make are carved, color is added (if needed), and varnished 3 coats.
Display Glass is 18 inches x 12 inches.
